Q1: How do I pay tuition fees?
Please complete the payment within the deadline using one of the following methods:
- Over-the-counter payment: Print out the payment slip and pay in person at any branch of Hua Nan Bank or the Post Office.
- Credit card payment: Obtain the write-off code (14 digits), then proceed to the website or use the voice payment system with your credit card to get the authorization code (6 digits) to complete the transaction.
(Website: https://www.27608818.com; Voice Payment: call 02-27608818 and press 1, School Code: 8814602158) - ATM transfer: Please select "Payment" (繳費). This option is not subject to the NT$30,000 limit. Because the write-off code can only be used once, please confirm the amount is correct before transferring.
Q2: How do I top-up my air conditioning card?
Please proceed to the Campus Co-op Store (Tuck Shop) or the Cashier Division, Office of General Affairs (1F, Teaching Building) to top up your card.
Q3: How do faculty and staff apply for a parking permit?
Faculty and staff, please apply online via the university's NOTES system.
Q4: How do students apply for car/motorcycle parking permits?
- Car Permits: Master's students who do not reside on campus are eligible to apply. Please submit the required documents to the Security Division, Office of General Affairs.
- Motorcycle Permits: Please apply at the Office of Student Affairs.
Q5: Who should I contact for dining-related questions?
For dining-related inquiries, please contact the Dining Committee, Office of General Affairs.
Q6: Where can students collect cleaning tools for outdoor areas?
Students can collect outdoor cleaning tools directly from the Office of General Affairs.
Q7: How do faculty and staff report public equipment for repair?
If public equipment needs repair, faculty and staff should submit a repair request via the university's NOTES system and attach an explanation of the issue; alternatively, you can inquire directly at the Construction and Maintenance Division, Office of General Affairs.
Q8: How do I report student dormitory equipment for repair?
For dormitory repairs, please apply online via the Campus Information System according to regulations and attach an explanation of the issue; alternatively, you can inquire at the Construction and Maintenance Division, Office of General Affairs.
Q9: Where do I collect my parcels/packages?
Please prepare your personal ID and go to the Mailroom, Office of General Affairs (1F, Teaching Building) to sign for and collect your parcel.
Q10: What are the regulations for using conference rooms?
Please apply to borrow conference halls via the university's NOTES system. For relevant regulations and questions, you may download the university's "Conference Room Borrowing Management Regulations."
