Office Affairs
The Office of General Affairs adheres to the philosophy of "administration supporting education," providing all faculty, staff, and students with repair and maintenance services for teaching facilities, utilities, and dormitories, as well as materials, documentation, and mail dispatch/receipt services. Our fundamental goal is to ensure that the daily needs of the entire campus community are fully met. Building upon our established foundation, we continuously improve by holding ourselves to the standards of "High Quality" and "High Efficiency." We strive to provide an optimal campus learning and living environment, ensuring a continuous influx of external educational resources into the Ming Chi campus.
Because our university implements a fully residential system, the logistical support necessary for the teaching and daily lives of all faculty, staff, and students during the academic term is the core focus of the Office of General Affairs. Therefore, our services revolve around four main pillars: "Food, e-Administration, Housing, and Transportation," creating a warm and refined campus environment:
To elevate the quality of administrative services and sustain a continuous improvement mechanism, the Office sets clear objectives, formulates relevant regulations, and delivers comprehensive administrative services. Simultaneously, we implement reviews and improvements through autonomous inspections, engineering inspections, and supervisory audits. Furthermore, we ensure ongoing refinement of our service quality through the supervision of General Affairs Meetings, General Affairs and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Committee Meetings, and Administrative Meetings.
The Office of General Affairs: Located on the 1st floor of the Teaching Building.
The Materials Office: Located next to the Mechanical Engineering Building.
The Security Office: Located at the Main Gate.
