Proof of vendor registration or establishment, such as company registration certificate, business registration certificate, factory registration certificate, industry registration certificate, professional license, business operation certificate, registration approval certificate, or registration information printed from the National Business Registration Service Portal (http://gcis.nat.gov.tw

), or other documents issued by government authorities or authorized institutions certifying lawful registration or establishment.

Proof of tax payment, such as business tax or income tax.

For business tax payment proof, acceptable documents include the receipt copy of the business tax payment form or the stamped copy of the most recent business sales and tax declaration form issued by the competent tax authority.

If the most recent proof cannot be submitted in time, the immediately preceding period’s proof may be used instead.

Newly established vendors that have not yet reached the first business tax payment deadline may submit the official approval letter for establishment registration issued by the competent tax authority together with documents related to the application for uniform invoice purchasing certificates.
